Copyright/Terms of Use

I hold the copyright on all of my work. When I send you your CD, I will send a Copyright Release that will allow you to have them printed, use them for web design or other personal purposes. This is only for the person who receives or commissions one of my works. If you do not have a copyright release from me, you should not be printing or using my images in any way.

Please be respectful of my work and the animals who are the models. Some of them have gone on to the Rainbow Bridge, and I'm sure that their partners would not like to come upon their beloved animal on some stranger's website who thought it would be "cool" to steal graphics from me.

The Angel Dogs technique is a collage technique that uses upwards of 50 images and textures for each portrait. While collage is usually considered a derivative art form, my work is so changed from the original source materials as to be considered original. My sources for the work are most commonly my own photos. You hold the copyright on your own snapshots and pictures. When you send your photos and .jpeg files to me via email, you are giving me permission to use those photographs and that constitutes a "copyright release" on your part. Do not send me anything that you do not wish me to use or that you do not want to release to me.

If you would like to link to me with one of my images, please contact me first so that I may contact my client as to whether they would mind having the image used as a link.
