handle your order with care and sensitivity.

Angel Dogs uses a seamless collage technique that uses your own photos (please see guidelines for photo submissions) and incorporates them into a multi-layered original background. The result is a completely original digital artwork that can be printed on photo quality paper. You are sent a CD with your artwork and a copyright release that allows you to print the images at any photo printer. The standard size is 8 X 10 and smaller versions are included. You may also purchase prints to be sent with your CD.

Angel Dogs began after Rosie lost her beloved Cocker Spaniel, HiLite, to hemangiosarcoma in 2003. In working through her grief, she painted a pair of golden wings on HiLite to imagine him at the Rainbow Bridge. The idea took off from there and she has now done over 100 portraits of dogs with wings. She even keeps geese on her farm for fresh "wing" shots to add to her collection of model wings.

Angel Dogs is not just for memorials, nor is it just for dogs. Many of the portraits are of animals still living. The memorial portraits always have a splash of rainbow color somewhere in them.
